A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We’ll move your web site(s) to our high–end cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing hosting providers can result in lost data and undesired network downtime. That is the reason why we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!We have proficient administrators whose chief responsibility is to make certain that your website functions precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based on popular scripts such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are many factors to keep in mind – the total number of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. Having said that, we do our very best to perform all web site migrations in a 48–hour time period. Smaller web sites are transferred much faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We don’t request any personal information. We will need, however, the login information for your old web hosting account along with the name of the web site that you need to move.

A: Nope. Your web site will remain visible online during the transfer. As soon as everything is done on our end, we will notify you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything’s OK, all you will have to do is edit your domain’s DNS resource records.

A: While we transfer your web content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: Yup. We support all standard Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary website creation and management tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
